Pricing
All prices listed on www.kbeauty.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Please note that the prices on our website are subject to change at any time for any reason.
We explicitly reserve the right to make changes to the price without prior notice, based on the current exchange rates.
Shipping and Postage
Your order will be delivered in 5-14 working days from order placement. Our shipping rate is $8 NZD per 1kg; $4 per extra 0.5kg.
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace between 9am-5pm. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide us a residential or commercial address.
At Kbeauty, we try to deliver your items in one go, but for whatever reason where this is not possible, we will split the delivery of your order. In this event, you will not be charged any additional delivery costs.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
Free Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders of $200 or more! To qualify, you'll need to reach $200 AFTER all discounts have been applied.
Shipping fee $8 per 1kg is applied if the items are under $200.
Return Policy
As a Beauty customer, you're entitled to the following:
You are eligible for a complete refund if the product has been damaged or is not the one you have ordered. You will be considered as having accepted the products unless you have notified us within 5 days after receipt of the products.
Refunds for the cases stated above are only accepted on the condition that labels and tags are intact and the products have not been in use. You must return the free gift (if received) in its original condition along with your returning item in order to be eligible for a refund.
We may refuse to refund for an item where the item has been used or damaged and is no longer in an acceptable sellable condition.
Please note that return shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Kbeauty will not be eligible to complete a refund in the cases that
1. the customer request a refund due to a change of mind
2. the customer request a refund for any damage of their own fault
3. the customer requests a refund for products that are opened or have no tags/labels
4. for whatever reason we are made to believe that the product has been opened and or used by the customer
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Sale Items
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. During the Sale period, it cannot be combined with any other offers. Free samples and any other free gifts will not be given with purchases during Sale period.
General
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Beauty site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.
In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the price paid.
Privacy Statement
We will use your information in the strictest confidence. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information.
We adhere to the requirements of the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
